1. The standard warranty time

All products purchased from UNIVISO shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of time from the date of purchasing. This warranty is expressly conditioned upon proper storage, installation, connection, operation and maintenance of products in accordance with their written specifications.

Three-Year (3-yr) Warranty Examination, repair and replacement parts are provided free.

Univiso ensures that the products have gone through fully strict quality control from the purchase of raw materials to the entire manufacturing process.

UNIVISO provides a non-transferable serviceable lifetime warranty to the purchaser of UNIVISO hardware product purchased on UNIVISO 's website.

UNIVISO warrants to the original end customer of its products specified below that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship affecting form, fit, and function. All such products sold will work in the application specified at the time of purchase and will meet the datasheet specifications as found on UNIVISO ' website or otherwise provided by UNIVISO . Any claim alleging that any product fails to conform to the foregoing may be made only by the customer who purchased such product, while such customer owns such product, and while the product remains within the serviceable lifetime period. UNIVISO , at its option, will repair, replace, or provide a credit or refund of either the original purchase price or fair market value, whichever is lower, of any product that is determined by UNIVISO to be defective. Some systems that use Univiso products may be allowed to operate outside of the system manufacturer's published settings, but Univiso does not cover failure in these circumstances.

UNIVISO reserves the right to substitute functionally equivalent new or serviceable used parts. This warranty covers only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with product instructions, acts of nature, or improper installation or improper operation or repairs made by anyone other than UNIVISO or an UNIVISO authorized third-party service provider. We retain title to all replaced products. To apply for refunds or exchanges, the return request should be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. For products that are eligible for repair, repair request should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repairs. In case the warranty period expires, repairs can still be offered but a certain fee will be charged case by case.

The items must be returnable or have an authorized warranty period to enjoy UNIVISO return services. Please note that customized product orders may only change or cancel before the time we begin manufacturing unless approved. All customized products cannot be returned or replaced.

2. Warranty Limitation

Free warranty items: During the warranty period, Univiso ' warranty only covers defects caused by normal use and logistics damage, quality problems, etc. And we will pay for the roundtrip freight for the warranty items.

Free warranty exclusions:

1. The products have exceeded the warranty period.

2. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, modification and any other human factors.

3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding or human negligence.

4. Damage caused by improper operation to equipment shells, power supplies, etc. during use.

5. Please note that customized product Orders may only change or cancel before the time we begin manufacturing unless approved.

3. Warranty for Custom Products

Notes: Operations such as canceling, modifying, or deleting an order must be performed before the order starts production. If a customized order has entered the production process, it cannot be canceled.
