●Q1.Can I have a sample order? What is your MOQ?
●A1: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable, no MOQ requirements, 1 sample is available.

●Q2.How can we guarantee quality?
●A2:Always a pre-production sample before mass production.
Every single optic individually tested in our test center , and also tested for compatibility on a variety of different brands of network equipments.
Always 100% final Inspection before shipment for every piece of optical transceiver module.

●Q3.What is operating temperature range of optical modules?
●A3: Commercial temperature range(COM) : 0 to 70°C(32 to 158°F)
Extended temperature range(EXT):-20 to 85°C(-20 to 185°F)
Industrial temperature range(IND)::-40 to 85°C(-40 to 185°F)
Storage temperature range:-40 to +85°C(-40 to 185°F)

●Q4.Could I use our own logo, label and package?
●A4: Yes, we can help you to market your own brand of 3rd party transceivers

●Q5.If the compatibility fault occur, what will we do?
●A5:If there is compatibility fault report, we will troubleshoot and analyze the possible reasons
1.If it was caused by product fault (hardware,coding..), we will upgrade the hardware ,software , coding on process control.
2, if it was caused from using environment (eg.Switches new released firmware..), we will get the same equipment model to do the simulation test to verify the compatibility.
3. We focus on user experience by building a smart service platform to provide the technical service from the software and timely response to customers and solve their problems.
